I have been to nb nails three times to have shellac applied, and have always been pleased with the results. I consider myself a loyal customer and have recommended this salon to others.However, the attitude of the receptionist is appalling. I had an appointment this morning, but just as I was leaving, a family crisis arose. I immediately rang the salon twice - no reply. Tried again five minutes later, got through, and when I explained my predicament the receptionist started ranting about how I should give more notice, they have lists of people waiting for appointments etc etc. Although I was apologetic, he did not hide his anger and, I felt, did not believe me. His attitude has added to my distress today. I shall not go there again.
Nails are very good if you get the owner but not great if you get anyone else. Prices change every time you go. Today I had an appointment at 1pm and was made to wait 20minutes and still wasnt seen, no apology, I was just told that I had an hours slot and my nails would be done in that time. Staff speak in a different language to each other during your appointment. Ive left today with no treatment, no apology and feeling really upset. I will never go here again!
Visited as a walk in, didnt have to wait long and the lady was very friendly and did a great job! Perfect gel nails, thank you
