With the benefit of hindsight I thought to change my review, our Cayenne GTS has a very complex adaptive cruise control that just recently we use to blast to Brighton and back nearly every week. It has saved us lots of driving strain and license points!. I now understand why it was such a difficult thing to re calibrate when the camera on it failed.Adding more from February 2019, Carl the excellent service collect/deliver driver spotted a slight fault in the Transfer Case (brief interrupts in power) and proactively reported it for investigation in the technician's test drive. Porsche Silverstone arranged replacement under warranty. I am just so very very pleased with Porsche Silverstone these days.

Worst experience of buying and then servicing a car in 20 years. Chasing information no follow up on potential sales. Bought new Cayenne and wanted to replace my wifes car with 718, no follow up so went elsewhere Trying to arrange service for specific dates ridiculous, no one gets back in touch. Service eventually done and work missed, requested alloy refurb which was forgotten. Fantastic cars incredibly bad customer service. Go elsewhere for a better experience. Planning to replace my Cayenne in 19 absolutely no chance it will be through Silverstone, sick of feeling like a complainer when its just disappointing such a great brand is so poorly represented.
I just wanted to say that I called in yesterday for a wonder and a member of your staff took the time to answer all my questions, I'm not quite ready to buy and didn't want to leave details, it was nice not to be put under pressure. After all my questions I then sat with Craig and had a really nice chat (nothing related to cars) which was a nice touch, by far the best experience that I've had from a car dealer. I've taken a card and will be in touch.
A great group of guys and girls that make the whole experience of car ownership a real pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble,whether you are buying a brand new car or just popping in for a browse and a cup of coffee. I couldn't recommend Silverstone Porsche highly enough!
