Extremely bad experience. Further to a filling, I reported to the same dentist and to their hygenist that 10 days later i was still suffering with pain they ignored me. Infection had set in, their out of hours numbers were closed. Private emergency treatment was required to treat infection. Formal complaint raised the Parliamentary Health Ombudsman
I have always had a good experience with Patel's brothers before. However, at my last dentist visit at this practice, I have been told, that I have decay at my tooth of wisdom and it is difficult to get there and do the filling. I also has been told that if my filling of the front tooth will come out again, we just leave it like that. My bad experience put me off, so I didn't book my check up appointment. I will have to find an other dentist now. I strongly feel unsatisfied with the care of this dental practice. I wish them all the the best, but I also wish that quality of this dental practice would be more professional.
Sarah is great, really patient and explains everything. Not keen on dentists but Sarah makes is all ok. Friendly and helpful throughout the rest of the staff too.
Up till today I've never had an issue with this Dental Surgery, always been polite and helpful. However I rang up today to see a dentist ref tooth ache and was told that because I failed to have an annual revue for which I had no reminder I have been struck off there list. After speaking to the practice manager I have now been reinstated on the NHS list. Many thanks and hopefully this tooth ache is nothing major.
Friendly polite staff. NHS appointments. Dentist took time out to explain everything and I was very happy with their service. Highly recommended.
