When I listen to other people talking about their doctors surgeries, I realise how good BHC is. If you cannot get an appointment with a doctor, which is unusual, you can see on of the practice nurses. They are the gem of the surgery as they can spend a bit more time with you and are extremely knowledgeable.The surgery is always clean and the reception staff are in the most part friendly.Would definitely recommend.
Think reception staff need retaining. Arrived early for an appointment & told not busy so may get in early. Finally saw doc 45 later than scheduled & reception had been informed!!! Medical staff were outstanding.
