DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY!I am quite upset about the way I was treated over the phone by the supposed owner of the company well its what she claimed. Unfortunately one of the questions on the insurance application wasnt clear and I asked her to explain it. She said Sorry. I cant give you insurance then. I asked why and if she can give me examples. She replied that its not part of the insurance company to specify or give examples, she said she wont give me insurance sarcastically. I refuse to believe because no business manager should speak to their customers in an aggressive, derogatory tone and I own a business myself.I have reported her to the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis to alert other therapy practitioners of the malpractice of the holistic insurance company. Along with other therapists companies and societies. The owner of company is very rude, aggressive and doesnt care about you as a customer.
