As with most estate agents, the most important part is quickly achieving an acceptable offer. Mustard did that very well and at a price we were more than happy with, within a day or so of the house being marketed.There were delays, naturally - there always are, and they engaged to try to resolve them, which is as much as one can expect and more than other agencies I have dealt with have done.They did OK. - Recommended.
