Following a recent repair I can say that the customer and engineering service is fantastic. Very open and honest. I would highly recommend to anyone.
We visited here when we were shopping the garden centre. I had a problem with my hot tub so spoke to a young lady who booked an engineer who came to my house diagnosed my problem and ordered the parts. He then came back fitted them and now I have a fully working Spa again, bravo
We've had our Coast spa installed for almost a year now, it took me a while to decide which manufacturer/ reseller to go with but came to the conclusion that Coast & HTAH were the one for us. The lead time was longer than hoped but the product itself was well worth the wait. I cant recommend HTAH highly enough, theyve always been extremely helpful and really know what theyre doing, nothing is ever too much of a problem.
