I came for the flower essence treatment and was amazed by the service provided. Was a bit reticent when I read that the treatment can clear your mind and dispel negativity but found it to be true! After three amazing hours of spa, Ive left with a clear mind and feeling better about myself than Ive ever felt in my life. Will definitely come back again.
This is a lovely place to relax and enjoy after a long working week. The service provided is the best you can get, and while being very picky, I have found nothing to fault. I highly recommend the spa and will definitely come back again. Many thanks to Jane in particular for helping me with a shoulder pain which is now completely gone.
Have tried many spas in my life but this one is truly amazing. Straight from the entrance the staff is extremely helpful and polite and the treatments received are well priced, efficient and enjoyable. Simply brilliant place, will come back again with my friends to give them a treat!
What an amazing find!! The service was impeccable. They have thought of everything so you can enjoy your day outside whatever the weather. They couldnt do enough for you but genuinely lovely people who were friendly and clearly enjoyed where they worked. Lovely surroundings, very well thought out space. Cloud9 Spa has this serene-yet-indulgent chic vibe that we loved so much. But their secret lies in the treatments expertly delivered. Moreover, the customer service is genuinely personal and caring. The level of attentiveness, at least for my partner and me, made us feel like we were the only guests they had. I have to say that the team did a marvellous job on us!
