Was a bit hard to find, but worth it once you're there. The owner / curator is very friendly and will bend over forwards to make your visit worthwhile.
I thoroughly enjoy my trips to the gardens, always fantastic to see the rockery wilderness project progress and develop through the years. There is no cafe, so it is encouraged that you byob.
Highly rate the end of day barbecue/pyrotechnic show. Despite the recent theft of the magnolia which seems to have surfaced in France, theres still plenty to see. Shed viewing a must if youre a lover of chairs.
